Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we are here to make it right.

To request a replacement:

• Email us at support@khloesskincare.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

• A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

• Incorrect or Refused Delivery

• Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or refused delivery are not eligible for refunds.

• Reshipment will require payment of a new shipping fee.

  If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
