Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Flat Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $5.00 applies to every order, no matter the size of your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or severe weather).
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
APlease double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us, you may need to pay an additional $5.00 reshipping fee.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
